I bought a berdan decapping tool some years ago to try to reload berdan primed brass but it tore all the rims off the cases.
I have some brass 8mm. I use water like the guy in the video. Put the case it something to give the primer room to exit, fill with water then use a close fitting ram and pop with a hammer. Little messy/wet but it works.
